Praseodymium targets are materials used in coating processes such as magnetron sputtering and electron beam evaporation, and are mainly made of praseodymium metal or praseodymium compounds.
Applications:
1. Solar cells: Praseodymium targets can be used to prepare thin films for solar cells, such as copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) solar cells and cadmium telluride (CdTe) solar cells;
2. Semiconductors: Praseodymium targets can be used to prepare thin films of semiconductor materials, such as silicon, germanium, gallium arsenide and so on;
3. optical films: praseodymium targets can be used for the preparation of optical films, such as anti-reflective film, transmittance enhancement film, spectral film, etc;
4. magnetic materials: praseodymium targets can be used to prepare magnetic materials such as ferrite, magnetic metal films;
5. Praseodymium targets can also be used to prepare thin films of other materials, such as superconducting materials, ceramic materials and so on.
